"We have every confidence it will quickly become a focal point for people visiting the town, doing their weekly shop or looking for that little something extra to make a special meal. Traders have supported the redevelopment and we are delighted to be welcoming many new stall holders who have invested time and money in creating what will be a busy, vibrant and tasty shopping experience."
Central to the food hall, which is next to the indoor market on Union Street, is a state-of-the-art demonstration station. Complete with microphones and television screens the station allows for full cookery demonstrations.
