MPFC have been working hard in training with the four coaches putting a lot off time and effort in to developing the children's football ability and providing sessions the children enjoy and have fun.
Middleton Park had a fantastic evening with Kewell showing fantastic ability in goal and pulled of some outstanding saves, came off his line on more than one occasions diving at the feet of the oncoming attacker, stopping an inevitable goal.
Jeremie put in a fine performance with two solo goals, once beating three players before placing the ball pass the on coming keeper.
Alex showed some fine skills with crafty back heels and spins. Josh and Jack showed some excellent tackling and between them helped keep Woodkirk at bay.
The man of the match belonged to Oliver who ran up and down the field all night tackling, passing, shooting and you could see he was enjoying. All players did really well and all the parents went away proud of there kids. Well Done!
