Matt Jackson director of Yorkshire tail-lift services approached the club regarding sponsorship for the available front of shirt package for the U-7s and after discussions was pleased to sign a sponsorship deal for two years.

The funds will provide a new playing strip and equipment.

Club fundraising secretary, Steven Rose, is delighted with the progress being made.

He told Middleton Today: "We are starting to making great progress with the development of the football club, and recently have attracted a lot of interest from local business wanting to support our club, we thank Matt Jackson for associating his business with Middleton Football Club."

Middleton Park FC is a community based football club who runs football for all ages, no matter what ability.

The U-7s train on a Wednesday night 6pm while 7pm at the Cranmore and Rayland's community centre besides Clapgate School.

Please feel free to come along, Just bring Shin pads and football boots.
