Finding a place of your own can be tough but this bird has found a cheep home – by taking up residence in a traffic light in Hunslet.
The thrush has made a nest in the amber light of signals on Church Street and Balm Road.

And when the lights go to green, our feathered friend can be seen flying in to feed its hungry chicks.

It doesn't seem too bothered by the bright lights adjoining the nest, in fact experts think they like the warmth as well as the sturdy ledge provided by the signals.

Previously drivers have spotted a few other thrushes and wrens making their homes in traffic lights around West Yorkshire.
