Middleton Primary is fresh food flagship
Middleton Primary has been chosen as a flagship school to promote good food in the nation's schools.
The project, run by the Lottery-funded Food for Life Partnership, has taken up superchef Jamie Oliver's challenge to transform food culture in schools nationwide over the next five years.
It will help Middleton to expand its range of fresh, local and organic ingredients, while encouraging more pupils and their parents to eat a balanced diet.
