"It means we can't get back on the horse for another week," said coach Graeme Hallas.

"Unfortunately, the vagaries of the fixture list mean some of the lads who played on Sunday will have two weeks to wait, though some of them will find themselves playing in the second team tonight."
Hawks, whose next game is at Swinton on June 28, are in a stop-start spell of matches, having had two weeks to build up to last weekend, and Hallas added: "That's not good for continuity.
"We haven't dealt with weeks off at all well this year, so we will have to come up with a different strategy."
